Chocolate is not just a nice shell. We only use finest chocolates from very special makers. Our candy bars are coated with a dark 67% chocolate from ‘Hoja Verde’ in Ecuador. The chocolate is organic and is the cacao beans are both grown AND processed in Ecuador, which leaves more added value in the country of origin. Equally important: the chocolate tastes fantastic. Dark, strong chocolate, not too bitter, fine sweetness, red fruits…
In addition to chocolates from ‚Hoja Verde‘, we work for some of our fillings with chocolates from Madagascar (Chocolate Madagascar by ‘Chocolaterie Robert’). Again, this chocolate is delicious, organic and fully made in the country of origin.
